I have to admit that being in London today has been fatal as I have just bought a blue trouser suit together with a muted sea green/turquoise top plus necklace - colours and accessories which I probably wouldn't have tried before. The only problem now is that I simply don't have any shoes to go with it......Well being a 'classic' I know you'll understand that my purchases were totally necessary as I have absolutely nothing in my wardrobe to wear!!!"

Once I had the time to sort mine out, it has been a manic week, but now I have realized that every item goes with something else, and I have a huge choice of clothes that all look good on! I keep leaving my wardrobe door open just to look at them all!!

You would have been proud of me, found myself in the shops the other day ( taking back my wrong scarves!! ) and found I now had great control and did not feel the need to spend on just anything that fitted and I never went near black. Our local charity shop is looking really full now and the man that works there even helps me from my car as I have got rid of so much stuff. There is still a good deal more to go and I confess I have not managed to loose all the black, but I will disguise it when I wear it.
I would really like to take you out for lunch as a thank you, let me know when you are free.

"Thank you so much for the colour consultation on Wednesday. I have already reorganised my wardrobe as you suggested with darks on one side going through to lights. I have also removed most of the clothes that are not in my colour characteristics. That was a hard task!!! I am about to go to next to get a few new colours which I would never have thought of looking at before. This has certainly given me more confidence to experiment now that I have my colour swatches."
